Community Guidelines for Live Communal Learning Courses

Last updated: March 11, 2024

Please read these Community Guidelines carefully before signing up for any live community learning or coaching program with the https://triciacarrcharm.com/ website (the “Service” or the “Program” or the “Course”) operated by Healing Arts Media, LLC (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

These guidelines are designed to create a safe and inclusive community for individuals participating in any course in which there is community engagement, including but not limited to: group video calls, social media based community groups, webinars, question and answer forums, message boards, etc. Any such program is based on a community learning environment and encourages open-mindedness, respect, and accountability. The guidelines aim to provide a space of comfort for individuals to share their thoughts, ideas, and experiences with one another.

  1. Respectful communication: Please communicate with respect and kindness towards and among fellow community members. We encourage active listening and constructive feedback. We ask that you do not use language or behavior that is harmful, offensive, discriminatory, or disrespectful towards any individual or group.
  2. Confidentiality: We ask that you maintain confidentiality within the community. Any information shared in the course or in private conversations should be kept private and not shared outside of the community. Do not record and share or distribute the names or likenesses of any fellow community member, including on social media or in any public platform. Please refrain from divulging the attendance of anyone in the program to anyone outside of the program.
  3. Non-judgmental attitude: Our community encourages an open-minded and non-judgmental attitude towards different perspectives and beliefs. We understand that everyone has unique experiences, opinions, and beliefs. We ask that you respect and honor these differences and refrain from imposing your beliefs onto others.
  4. Politics and Dogma: Our community is absolutely free of politics and dogma. We ask that you refrain from bringing in any political or dogmatic agendas into the community.
  5. Mindfulness: We encourage you to approach the course with an open heart and an open mind. We ask that you stay mindful of your own emotions, reactions, and behavior towards yourself and others in the community. We encourage self-reflection and self-awareness as a tool for growth and learning.
  6. Metaphysics and Philosophy: Course materials explore psychism and spirituality from a metaphysical and philosophical perspective. Metaphysics is a branch of philosophy that deals with the fundamental nature of reality, including the relationship between mind and matter, and the nature of existence. Philosophy is explored through metaphors, hyperbole, and other literary devices that are used to illustrate abstract concepts. We encourage you to approach these topics with an open mind and a willingness to explore abstract concepts.
  7. The Human Diet: Courses and programs may include the focus of nature and animals. As such, we would like to remind our community that we do not address the topic of the human diet from a moralistic or dogmatic view. We defer to current scientific and medical authorities regarding the appropriate range of human diet. More importantly, we defer, in respect, to the individuals’ personal morals and ethics as they navigate their own personal choices and needs. Regarding the metaphysical implications of the human diet, Tricia Carr has discussed this topic in podcasts and video offers. She has no problem discussing the topic from a philosophical and logical perspective. However, we would like to emphasize that this space welcomes all species and their attending possible dietary needs. Therefore, we do not share opinions on how others should conduct their very personal, biological need of diet any more than we discuss someone’s approach to other intimate choices.
  8. Safe space: Our community is a safe space for all individuals regardless of gender, race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, or identity. We do not tolerate any form of harassment, bullying, or discrimination. We ask that you refrain from making assumptions or stereotypes about others based on their background, appearance, or identity.
  9. Accountability: We ask that you take responsibility for your own learning and behavior in the community. If you have made a mistake or caused harm to others, we encourage you to take accountability for your actions and work towards making amends.
  10. Community participation: Our community thrives on active participation and engagement. We encourage you to share your thoughts, ideas, and experiences with the community. We ask that you also actively listen and engage with others in a respectful and constructive manner.

We appreciate everyone’s understanding and cooperation in creating a respectful and inclusive environment for all.
