Why is intuition and meditation so important?

Over 10 years ago, after a big spiritual awakening, Tricia Carr’s life was suddenly left at a crossroads – she had a subtle knowing that she needed to go in a new direction but her previous career was blooming and it made no sense to leave a lucrative job that she enjoyed. 

Confused about which direction to go in, she started experimenting with various spiritual practices, including meditation. 

Looking back, Tricia credits meditation as being the greatest catalyst to the incredible spiritual journey that followed once she made meditation a cornerstone of her practice:

Some of the meditations and lessons are as short as 5 minutes a day. Some of the meditations and lessons range between 10 – 20 minutes. And, there are a few longer offerings, approximately 25-30 minutes.

Additionally, there are lessons that teach journaling practices to get in touch with your inner being of which you will govern the timing. Overall, the idea is to develop a daily spiritual practice based on self-inquiry, self-healing, and self-love.

As one dedicates time little by little, it is a common occurrence that life seems to magically shape around your practice, making it easier and more satisfying to sustain and even advance your personal, spiritual practice.

It is recommended that you follow the 30-day immersion, however, you are welcome to modify as the content unlocks for you. This course has been designed to work with how humans create new habits. Creating new habits presents a challenge to the conscious and critical mind and therefore it is typical to experience resistance to change.

Our work is to create a shift in the subconscious mind (the mind we access in meditation), thus allowing a change to occur. A general rule for habit-change is that when humans sustain a behavior for around 21 days, a new habit is formed. This is why we encourage 30 days of immersion: 21 to start a new habit, and seven more days to reinforce the habit. And since you will still have access after the first 30 days for up to a year, you can take the journey over and over again, allowing your intuition to guide you in the order that is most beneficial to you.
