Digital Course Product Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) carefully before using the https://triciacarrcharm.com/ website (the “Service”) operated by Healing Arts Media, LLC (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who wish to access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you do not have permission to access the Service.
Digital Course Content and Copyright
The purchased product grants a one-year membership for access to digital course content, including video and audio lessons, classes, supplemental materials, and PDFs, which are available for viewing in the student portal. All materials are protected by copyright law, and no person may distribute or plagiarize the course content. Unauthorized use or distribution of the materials may result in legal action.
Access and Duration
Individuals who are expelled from the community due to misconduct or who choose non-participation for any reason shall retain access to the educational materials for a period of one year from the time of registration. The purchased product is the education provided within this time frame..
Code of Conduct
All members must adhere to the community’s code of conduct, which aims to foster a supportive, inclusive, and respectful environment for learning and growth. Prohibited behaviors include, but are not limited to:
- Political, judgmental, dogmatic, or unkind speech and conduct.
- Harassment, discrimination, or any form of disrespectful behavior towards other members.
- Sharing or disseminating personal information about other members without their consent.
- Spamming, advertising, or promoting unrelated products or services.
- Disruptive behavior during live offerings, including excessive interruptions, monopolizing conversations, or deviating from relevant topics.
Violation of the community guidelines may result in disciplinary actions, including warnings, temporary suspension, or expulsion from the community. Access to the student community and live offerings is a privilege contingent upon compliance with the code of conduct.
Interference with Other Students
Any behavior that inhibits the learning process or integration of another student is strictly prohibited.
Live Meetings
The schedule for live meetings and events is subject to change. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel live meetings at our discretion.
