Humans, purify your hearts. In truth they are perfect, whole and flawless conductors of Divine Love. Believe in this and you will experience radical change in your reality. As you know your heart to be pure and a flawless channel for Universal wisdom, truth and power, you may then turn to your heart for all of your decisions. Indeed, your scientists have discovered that your heart functions as a brain, thinking and communicating to your conscious understanding.Release your attachments to the “stories” of your pain and suffering. Be no longer addicted to victimhood. Indulging in the role of victimhood is not serving you; this is a fact that none of you can deny. If you feel overwhelmed and as though you know no other way than to experience victimhood, please know that it is not a daunting task to shift from this state to awareness of Truth. In an instant you can sense the simple Truth of Love, with just one conscious breath, your glorious breath of Life. Allow that spark of understanding to remain, welcome it as a house guest who you desire to become a permanent member of your dwelling. Pay Gratitude for Its presence and it will grow in your experience, transforming your understanding, renewing your heart, strengthening your trust in Oneness.

I am Angel Aliel coming as a warrior to defend your own power, the personal power each human holds. You are capable of self-soothing. Humans get hung up on clinging to their doubts. It is a conditioning of your culture, a kind of hypnosis, that tells you that you are safer when you hold onto doubts. Like one who withholds love after a heartbreak, it is the logic of a child who believes he can be happy and joyful by partnering with doubt.

Feel that feeling that the word doubt invokes in your body, mind and spirit? That feeling is the truth about what doubt has to offer and your Being knows Truth beyond any conditioning to the contrary. Now compare that feeling to what is invoked in your Being by the word Joy, the word Acceptance, the word Belief. There is true safety when you partner with Belief that is born of pure Love. 

How this relates to self-soothing is that many humans deny themselves comfort because of the hypnosis of doubt. Rather than knowing yourself as a loving care-taker, you unconsciously place yourself as your own apathetic dictator. Release the practice of doubt and become integrated with yourself. The Source of All is in you

All is Love. 
All is One.

I am Angel Aliel, in the order of Archangel Ariel. I bring Peace to be a salve on your soul and relief for your head and heart.

Many are distracted by the pull of what is called your social and political events. The rhetoric feels unceasing; it is as if you all are inhaling the fumes of exhaust. It is weakening and sickening you. Your bodies are becoming intoxicated by the unhealthy words your mind and heart are ingesting.

Know that the planet is, in higher truth, quite well! Release the words and the attendant fear connected to them. The words you are hearing, the fear you are receiving, these are non-physical and so can be released in an instant. Your bodies and the rest of your material effects will follow and heal in line with your inner healing.

Those who are raining down fear and dis-ease, these are not your leaders unless you choose for them to be your leaders. Many ask, “if not these, then who will be my leader?” because they believe the illusion that individuals must be led by an outside agent. Greater than any potential leader is the smallest spark of Love in a single heart. Dial your focus upon your Divine spark and the Divine spark in others and all else shall fade away. Know that Truth is simple and illusion is complicated. Complication is a tactic utilized by illusion to frighten and exhaust its audience. It is a weak effort that cannot stand in the presence of the smallest measure of Love. Indeed, Love does not scale down. Love Is.

Purify your your minds and hearts. Ask your Angels to assist you and listen for the guidance in the simplicity of Peace.

As you know that you are well, it will be so.

Contrary to popular conception, karma has nothing to do with punitive fate. Karma is truly about expanding perspective and discovering balance through experience and interaction. “What goes around, comes around” is erroneously associated with karma. That phrase is closer to having a connection to the Universal Law of Cause and Effect. I say “closer” because it seems to me that that phrase is emotionally charged with judgment and punishment which are both products of the ego, not of an unconditionally loving Universe. In fact, another Universal Law states that there is no judgment in the Universe.

Now that we have put aside judgment and punishment, allow me to further illustrate karma. When humans incarnate, we “forget” the perspective of eternity (for the most part) so that we can have a dynamic journey of discovery, possibly including an awakening in which we “remember” eternity. Between lives, our point of awareness is withdrawn from the temporal, incarnated version of the self and what remains is the Eternal Self. We are never separate from the Eternal Self, we simply have focus dialed into the temporal experience while in the body.

The Eternal Self holds all of the experiences of all lifetimes. For example, just imagine that if, in a single lifetime, you started as an impoverished under-privileged citizen but later rose to a place of powerful governmental leadership. You might be more compassionate and empathetic to the under-privileged because of your memory of a similar experience. Now factor in all of the possible roles you could play throughout thousands of lifetimes. Your Eternal Self holds record of this growth. Even though the human incarnate experience involves forgetting those lifetimes, the wealth is contained in the soul and can be drawn upon… or rejected, after all, we have free will.

The dance of having contrasting experiences in an effort to expand perspective and awareness, whether over many lives or within a single lifetime, THAT is Karma.

This explanation was inspired by a reader’s question about how “karma” was referred to in a blog I reposted by healer and numerologist Joanne Walmsley[1]. Joanne wrote: “[Upheavals in your life are] happening for karmic reasons and [they] will break new ground for you that will bring about new opportunities for you to grow spiritually.”[2]

My interpretation of the context in which Joanne is referring to karma:
I believe Joanne is pointing out that even though we may not be aware of it, the Eternal Self selected aspects of this present life (pre-birth) from the perspective of all of the knowledge of all of the lifetimes. Expanding focus to this point of awareness may help us to relax with the knowing that there is a higher purpose, especially when we are feeling overwhelmed by life’s upheavals.

Physics teaches us that energy contracts and expands, respectively, in particles and waves. Likewise, the breath functions as contraction and expansion. And so these dual functions counterbalance one another. When you are feeling very particular with life’s details, find a way to engage in the wave function and expand. Take a breath and open your awareness to your Higher, Eternal Self’s perspective. Take a moment to trust in the wisdom and love of Eternal perspective.
