Digital Course Product Terms and Conditions
Last Update: June 20, 2025

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the https://triciacarrcharm.com/ website (the “Service”) operated by Healing Arts Media, LLC (“us,” “we,” or “our”).

Course & Product Conditions

These Course & Product Conditions (“Conditions”) supplement our Terms of Service. By purchasing or enrolling in any course, program, or subscription offered by Healing Arts Media, LLC, you agree to these Conditions in addition to our Terms of Service. If there is a conflict between these Conditions and the Terms of Service, these Conditions will govern with respect to your purchase and use of our digital products.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service. By purchasing, enrolling in, or using any digital product or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

Digital Course Content and Copyright

When you purchase a course or digital product, you are purchasing a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the course content for the duration specified at the time of purchase. This may include:

  • Lifetime access (defined as the lifetime of the product or platform, not the lifetime of the purchaser),
  • A fixed-term license (e.g., for a set number of months or years), or
  • A subscription license (month-to-month or otherwise).

The applicable access period will always be disclosed on the relevant sales page or checkout page.

During your access period, you may view the included course content—such as video lessons, audio files, supplemental materials, and PDFs—through the designated student portal. An internet connection is required to access these materials.

All course content is the intellectual property of Healing Arts Media, LLC, protected under United States and international copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, share, sell, sublicense, modify, or plagiarize any course materials. Any unauthorized use of the content may result in immediate termination of your access and/or legal action.

Access and Responsibility of Use

  • Access is granted solely to the individual who purchased the product. Course logins and materials may not be shared.
  • Your use of the course is your responsibility. We do not monitor or guarantee how much you access or engage with the materials, and lack of use does not constitute grounds for a refund.
  • If your purchase includes a subscription, it is your responsibility to cancel your subscription in order to stop future payments and access. We do not automatically cancel subscriptions based on usage or inactivity.
  • Individuals expelled from community features (if included) due to misconduct will retain access to purchased course materials for the duration of their license but will lose access to community forums and/or live meetings.

Live Meetings (Bonus Content)

Some digital products may include access to live meetings, workshops, or events. These live offerings are provided as a bonus and a privilege and are not considered part of the purchased digital product itself.

We reserve the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel live meetings at our discretion. Continued access to live offerings is contingent upon compliance with the Code of Conduct outlined below.

Payment Terms

  • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payment through major credit cards, debit cards, and other methods displayed at checkout.
  • Recurring Billing: If you enroll in a subscription product, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
  • Failed Payments: If a payment fails, access to your product or subscription may be suspended until payment is successfully processed. We reserve the right to terminate access if payments remain incomplete.
  • Currency: All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted.

Promotional Offers and Free Trials

From time to time, we may offer promotional pricing, coupons, or free trial periods (such as one free month of a subscription). Unless otherwise noted, these promotional periods automatically convert into a paid subscription at the regular rate when the promotional period ends. By enrolling with a coupon or free trial, you agree that your payment method will be charged at the standard subscription rate unless you cancel prior to the end of the promotional period. It is your responsibility to manage your subscription and cancel if you do not wish to continue with a paid subscription. Lack of use of the product or service does not qualify for a refund.

Refund Policy

All sales of digital courses and products are final. Because digital products are delivered immediately and access is granted at the time of purchase, we do not offer refunds except where required by law.

Subscription products may be canceled at any time, but fees already paid for the current billing cycle are non-refundable. You will retain access to the materials until the end of your current billing period.

Code of Conduct, Live Meetings

To maintain a safe and supportive environment, all members must adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Engage respectfully, without political, judgmental, dogmatic, or unkind speech.
  • Do not harass, discriminate, or engage in disrespectful behavior toward others.
  • Do not share or distribute another member’s personal information without their consent.
  • Refrain from spamming, advertising, or promoting unrelated products or services.
  • Do not engage in disruptive behavior during live offerings (including excessive interruptions or monopolizing conversations).

Violation of these guidelines may result in warnings, suspension, expulsion from community features, or termination of access privileges.

Interference with Other Students

Any behavior that inhibits the learning process, growth, or integration of another student is strictly prohibited.
