Likely, many reading this has heard of the Universal Law of Attraction. In essence, the Law of Attraction states, “like attracts like.” This “attraction” is conducted by our personal vibration or frequency. Because everything is made up of energy, everything/person emits an energetic frequency.

Simple enough, right?

Well, maybe. It starts to get complex when we ask what exactly composes our personal frequency. The answer is, personal frequency or vibration is a broadcast of our emotions. Our emotions are effected by our thoughts, and vice versa. And then, beliefs come into play here because “… a belief is just a thought you keep thinking,” to quote Abraham Hicks.

When two frequencies meet (even when they meet in your own mind), the strongest frequency wins.

And so, it can be daunting and even overwhelming as we think about all the thoughts we’re thinking!

“How can I control my thoughts so that I can create my desired reality?”
“What if I accidentally think negative thoughts and cancel out all of my good thoughts?”

Well, here’s the good news! Any instance that the strongest frequency is one that is aligned with your desires, that frequency will manifest! Energy cannot be destroyed so your strong, positive frequencies MUST play out!

Deeply place your awareness on the good things you want to create, go ahead and couple that with gratitude which is a powerful state from which to manifest, and you will certainly begin to see your desires come to fruition!

We don’t have to be perfect to be powerful. We don’t have to think positively one hundred percent of the time. Jesus said that all we need is a mustard seed of faith and we can command mountains to be cast into the sea. Mustard seeds are our strong positive thoughts and emotions!

I talk about this more extensively in a recent episode of my pod/webcast, Charmed Life. Here’s the podcast link and here’s the YouTube video.

I love you, whoever you are.
